With regret I have seen in recent times, as the conduct vial has deteriorated to the point that today is a common quest to serve pedestrians on public streets.
From malls to violate the right of citizens to respect the space of the sidewalk is for pedestrian traffic, making their goods, to those who paque their vehicles on sidewalks ending in workshops that hinder the pace.
is our duty to right this bailout, because the danger that a child can be crushed by those who ride at high speeds in engines and vehicles without having the utmost respect for traffic laws.
